  This is one of the most dysfunctional retail store you could ever visit. I came here to get a key made, after waiting around for 30 minutes with 5 others guests, an employee finally shows up till inform us the machine is working. 5 different employees told us they would send someone to help but not one off them knew the machine was broke? The whole store was a mess, and this was 2 in the afternoon. It wasn't very busy, just no employees who could actually help anyone. As I left there was a bell to ring if "you are definitely coming back." I'm not sure what you ring if your are never coming back. Avoid third location at all costs.

  It was no hassle to return items. The cashier didn't just ask if I had everything I needed for my DIY, she asked if I had things that I was missing and would need to complete my project. She saved me another trip. Great customer service.

  I have to say for the first time ever I walked in and someone offered to help me. I will usually go to Orchards because they offer service for a do it your selfer. The person was nice and found what I needed but quantity was really short. I had to arrange everything pretty well to make it out to the truck. The cashier promptly unarranged everything to count it, which is understandable. Just never put anything back the way I had it, let alone so it wasn't falling out of the cart.
