  MADE A JOKE ABOUT JEWISH PEOPLE THEN DENIED IT THEN THREATENS THE CUSTOMER HE SUBJECTED HIS BAD BEHAVIOR AND BAD HUMOR TO BY CALLING THE COPS!! THIS GUY IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK AND WHATS WORSE IS HE HAS A JEWISH WOMAN THAT WORKS FOR HIM! I used to work in the jewelry industry so i know what things cost on the other side of the counter. This guy way overcharges and relys on his charm. I would not be writing this review if it were not for the tasteless joke he made in my presence about jewish people and money, he did this on my second visit to his store. When i went to pick up my pieces they were not what was discussed NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!! After all this and paying nearly 400$ plus my gold plus supplying most of the stones. He could see i wasnt happy with the finished product and argued with me BOTH TIMES and then after he doesnt put the sample in the evelope for the jeweler to see NOT ONCE BUT TWICE and TWICE doesnt follow through making sure that what i wanted and we discussed is translated to the jeweler. I am now stuck with two pieces that were supposed to match and dont, i am out nearly 400$ and on top of that had to hear his tasteless joke that when i called him out on it instead of admitting it and apologizing he claims he never said anything like that essentially calling me a liar and then because he made that joke and wanted to save face and pretend he never said what he said he escalates the situation with me and threatens to call the police on me for doing absolutely nothing!! to protect himself from looking bad! This guy is schmoozer and a charmer and whats more the real him is a sleezeball that way overcharges for what you get!!!!!
